Engine Compartment Insulation - 2007 Four Winns H220

I would like to cut the noise down in a very large hard-surface engine compartment. Good Access. My 1984 sea ray 197 of 32 years had lots of wood, carpet, upholstery, and true insultation that really kept the engine noise quiet. This Four Winns just has minimum noise absorption materials and lots of hard surfaces. Suggestions? Most is pretty accessible, but some areas have a lot of molded curves, etc. So, might need to be a combination of a dynamap-type material in some areas, and hopefully some thicker stuff where flat and easy to work with. Hopefully someone has been down this road with a solution with that noise reduction successfully. Thanks.

Could you use something like this? It looks like it would form pretty easy around curves and bends.
