I'm performing a DIY winterize this season on my 2002 Galstron 175 SX (V/P 3.0GS). I need an engine alignment tool to complete the winterizing of the drive. I noticed there are several E.A.T.'s on ebay at a fraction of the OEM cost. Anyone purchased one and know it these tools up to spec?

I have one as well and it has never caused me any issues... I haven't mic'd it to check the dimensions, but the guy has sold allot of EAT's and had a very good feedback rating.

Re: Engine Alignment Tool

I just bought one on ebay from heartland & it worked great. I found my engine was so far out of alignment I could not get the tool started. A 1.00 in. OD piece of stock a little over 12 inches long was great for roughing things in visually to the bearing center. (1.00 is the size of the tool end that fits in the splines on Alpha ones.)

If it's the same company I'm thinking of, they also sell the special hinge pin removal tool.
