Okay so it idles great for me but when I use the neutral throttle it Initially goes to about 3,000rpm then creeps its way up to 5200-5400. I have the foot in a barrel full of water. Have not put it in gear yet. All carbs have been cleaned and are good to go. It runs good but it is hesitant to climb to higher rpms. Any input is awesome.
