Seems the Duratech manufacturer page is down, I'm hoping to gather some info on these here until the other page is alive again.

I just picked up a '64 Duratech Skier that my wife and I can get out on some smaller lakes. Hull looks to be in good condition, a couple dents at the bow where it wasn't loaded correctly on the trailer. Has a '65 Merc 350 on it that the previous owner had trouble keeping running but I think I can resolve that. The outside wire harness from the engine has seen better days, battery cables are for the most part shot. Not sure yet if I can fix that or not.

Over all I think it's gonna be a decent little boat.

Anyone have one of these? Hoping to see good pics of the transom. Seems weird to me how it's built, the wood part. The only penetratrations through the transom skin are for the engine. Other than bilge drain.

Welcome aboard: Duratech is no longer in business. Not sure that their website is being maintained by anyone.

Look over at our restoration forums for some aluminum rebuilds: that can give you some ideas on the transom.

Hello gents. I am (was) the owner/operator of the DuratechBoats.com website. I let it go a couple years ago, but might at some point bring it back. I can look, but not sure I've got a detailed image of the transom. I do have images of the Skier though. If you provide your S/N from the original tag (if it's there), I can confirm the year of your boat as well.

Hi Joe, thanks for stopping by. The registration says it's a '64 but the tag is also there. I'll attach it below.
I'd appreciate any images you do have. Hopefully the inside of the transom.

@JoeMan I got a much better picture after rubbing my thumb across it a bit.

Any chance you have any pictures of sales literature for this model?
