dull to new finish question

i have a 20ft stingray cuddy cabin and my water line is dull how could i restore it. it painted brown and it dull what the best way to bring back the color.

I have had the best luck with Gel Gloss fiberglass cleaner, then follow with a good wax. It comes in a pink can and you can usually find it in the cleaning supplies in most stores. Its mostly used for fiberglass bathtubs.
