Drain tube sizes.

I have to replace 2 drain tubes.

One in the splash well. And one in the transom at the bottom.
The lower drain is 1.5 inch. The splash well is 2 inch.

I see the drain tubes for inch and a half and 2 inch.
Does anyone know if those are exactly measured?

So from outside to inside is 2 inch. Is the 2 inch drain tube oversized to flare out? or do I need to order a longer size and cut it down?

when you mention these sizes are they the lenght or the hole size?
most go by the dia of the hole.

Most have both dimensions listed, 'OD' which is 'outside dimension' lets you know what size hole it will need/fit...and the length, which tells the over-all length from end to end...yes, usually require cutting to length and flaring 'in my tad of experience'

My holes are 1 inch diameter.
Then from Fiberglass to fiberglass, 2 inch and 1 1/2 inch.
