Don't buy from iBoats

I bought a boat cover and they sent the wrong size. All I wanted was an exchange for the right size and they refused. They offered a refund IF I paid return shipping AND a Restocking Fee. They made the mistake, why are they charging me for it? Again, I would have been happy with an exchange.

did you recieve the item number you ordered. if so bite the bullet and order the right one. i've had 100% satisfaction from Iboats. no premade cover is going to fit perfectly. if you want perfect, go to a local canvass shop and get it custom made.
