Don, Spark plug clarification please 2000 5.0 TKS omo12817

I think I remember that the recomended plugs from the manual had been updated to a new plug.. Which is the best plug for my application and proper gap size?

AC MR43LTS, or NGK BPR6EFS
If you ordered them directly from Merc parts express http://www.mercurypartsexpress.com/us/parts-search.html, you would get the NGK plug.
