Does a new block gm350 need retorquing the heads?

I bought a new block with heads 5.7L.I hope it's new and not rebuilt.Does it need checking the head bolts and when.I' ve already ran it for an hour.

Nope,.... Haven't seen that in about 20 or 30 Years....;)
