i know that stamas were built in tarpon springs, florida. im not sure if ther are still in business, but i really dont think they are. they are all over the place down here. i can tell you that they are very well built, strong, heavy boats buil;t to take a beating and keep on going. the ones ive seen ae all as old as late 60's early seventy and they still rock! one damn strong boat
