Disconnected wire...

1999 searay sundeck 210 5.0 efi.
Engine won't start I've changed the gas, fuel filter and spark plugs. When changing plugs I found a wire towards the back right side (driver/starboard side) that was not connected and I can't find where it connects. It's about a 16 gauge blue wire with an oval connector on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sure if the wire has anything to do with it.do you have spark ? Do you see fuel coming out of the injectors when trying to start

I am slowly working on all that. It ran beautifully 2 yrs ago when I parked. Then I started a massive remodel on the house and it didn't get used. Now I'm trying to get back on the water
