disc brake spindle size

I have a 93 Ranger Trail boat trailer. Bought new Kodiak disc brake kit. rotors/hubs, calipers, etc. It has a straight spindle 1 3/8 dia. front to back. Outer bearing of kit has too small of ID to fit on spindle. What would work? Is there a kit out there that has those dimensions? Do I have to just buy the rotor and put my old hub on it?? Thanks.

What are the numbers on the old bearings. Are they the same for inner and outer? NAPA stores for example can cross reference nearly any bearing number (race or bearing). If they can't, any bearing supplier in a moderately size city can.
