Deck to Hull Seal needs replacing

Last year, we bought a 2001 Sylvan 2100 Space Deck FNC. The seal between the deck and the hull needs to be replaced (see pics). Can anyone point me to a good source for such things?

Guessing the actual seal is under the rib rail.

Looks like someone took a short cut and applied RTV to the underside of the rail instead of removing the rib rail and doing it properly.
