Dead 2.3l OMC Cobra

I have a 88 sunbird corsair with a dead 2.3L OMC Cobra engine (dead due to crack by improper winterization. The hull and stern drive are in good shape. Is it worth it to replace the engine? Also is it easily possible to upgrade to a V6 engine?

Nope, way to many expensive things to change.

That depends on the boat and how much you want it, and want to look for an engine that was only used for 3 years by a company that has been out of buisness for 10 years.
