Cummins Exchange offer with Atmus

Have had Cummins stock for many years and it's done ok. Cummins now wants to shed it's 80sum% of Atmus stock. My thought is just hold what I have and do nothing.


What do others think?

I lost all my Cummins stock during the divorce. havent followed it since. I would probably hold.

It's always been a bit rich for me so I'm just giving an opinion,, for what it's worth, I would hold but expect a reduction in dividends.
