The decking is the least of your problems, old glass boats rot from the bottom up !
Under your floors you will find rotten stringers and the rest of your boats skeleton. Doable but lots of really messy work !

Welcome aboard

4th sticky down has all the information you need. Especially links 14, 15, 18, 2, 3, 4a and 4b

The floor rots about 10 years after the transom rotted

Boat manuals for the most part do not exist (with less than a dozen exceptions)

For those few manuals that might be out there, nothing but how to start, how to wash and wax, and what the buttons and switches mean, absolutely nothing about maintainence or other worth while information.

You can find books about restoring a boat or you can follow the links @Scott Danforth offered, from folks who have actually done the work. Hang with the forum and as you dig into the project many here will help you.

You will find much information on this forum. As Scott said read the sticky’s. Watch tons of videos and ask questions here on the forum. Most likely you’ve got a restore project ahead of you. Good luck

Also post lost of pics and updates. Your project, no matter what the scale, will most likely help someone else down the road with their project. Everyone helped with questions I asked but also just seeing how things are done on so many threads is a great resource for present and future "What in the hell did I just get myself into?" project boat owners.
