Cuddy Cabin Door, Sea Ray Express Cruiser

I am wanting to make our cuddy cabin door a little easier to open and close. I have tried to lubricate the slides but I think my next step is to replace the plastic slides.

If this is what I should do, any ideas on how to remove the door to replace them?

I have no clue on what the door looks like or how it operates. Got any pictures? Are you sure it is aligned?
