All I can add is a comparison data point here, as I think those asking prices are too high:
Bought my boat in October of this year. Fully loaded, no tower, 84 original hours (specs in signature). Professionally surveyed and sea trailed, brand new Wesco tandem trailer, GPS, Lenco trim tabs, VHF, vacu-flush, including $900 for delivery to me, I paid $30,500 before sales tax.
Granted I found that deal *before* owners spent the money to tuck their boats away for the winter, but you are still somewhat in a buyer's season.
Widen your search area, budget some money for delivery and survey, and you should be able to do much better than those asking prices you currently have found.
