crest 25' pontoon

iam trying to buy a 25' 2006 crest pontoon with an outboard suzuki 150 HP 4stroke in good shape, dealer asking price is $19,500 is this a fair price?

Without a lot more detail, a lot of pics and an understanding of your local market, nearly impossible to help with anything but guesses? Have you looked at the pricing guides, or similar boats for some guidance?

Is it a tritoon with lifting strakes on the toons? Does it come with a tandem axle trailer? Both are really preferable for that size engine.
