Well we are in the middle of some crazy weather here in Kentuck. <br />Started raining yesterday and it ain't quit and now they are calling for up to 6" snow/sleet/rain by tomorrow evening. <br />Glad I just went to wal-mart cause you won't be able to stir them with a stick after while.

Hey Spinner<br /><br />Just got home from another wonderful midnight shift at the ol' power house. 'Bout 0330am there bouts, I walked into the office to get a cup of coffee. I got my cup and walked over to the window that over looks the mighty Ohio River to take a look. Much to my surprise, it was like a white out. I remember standing there looking at the scene. I could just barely make out the coal barges tied off to the cells. I took a sip of coffee and thought to myself, "Does this blow or does this blow?". Well, March ain't to far off. Guess we've suffered cabin fever this long, a couple more weeks won't make much difference. Just wish the voices would stop talking to me.<br /><br />Your cuzin...Jimmy Bo Bob

I can't believe this, the weather guessers said we was gonna get dumped on. Just snowed enough to cover the grass back up. Storm went south of us this time. Looks like a nice week ahead, oops! I done ruined it, shouldn't of said anything about it getting better.....SS

The snow's just started. It'll be real nice ontop of the 1/4" of ice that cam down this morning. IT might get up to 25 degF today.<br />Two more inches of the white stuff in the forcast for tonight.<br /><br />WHERE'S THE GLOBAL WARMING when you need it?<br /><br />All motors repired/tuned and ready for spring. Nuthin' to do but wait it out.<br /><br />Oh YAH! <br />BEER!

My neighbor is an OMC/BOMB-Merc Dealer.<br />This weekend is the "Boat-Sport & Travel" Expo up in Indianapolis.<br />He is up there DEMOing product and trying to set up sales.<br />Everything is covered in ICE and snow is on the way.<br />He**, I'm not gonna leave the house let alone drive to a boat show.<br /><br />TOUGH WEEKEND! I bet that they only have 10 to 25% of the turnout this year that they had last year.

It was windy here in ohio the other day. Wind gust to 60 mph. I felt my room actually moving at night. It was called 'Thunder snow' because it was snowing, yet lightening and thundering. Something isn't right!<br /><br />Weather can't break fast enough for boats to go back in the water!<br /><br />JAZZ

It's been raining here for the last couple days, and now I went outside and the rain is starting to freeze over on the vehicles so it's going to get worse before it gets better.

This weather is crazy! The boat sport and travel show started here in indy yesterday and the bad weather came on the same day. If this weather persists through this week, a low turn-out at the show may make for some good deals toward the show's end. I only live 15 minutes from the fair grounds where the show is taking place and when I drove by ther today it wasn't the normal crowded parking lots. I bought a boat last Nov and only got to test drive her once. I'm ready for the bad weather to break.

-22 yesterday morning, -23 this morning and expected to go down to -30 tonight. Today the high was never above 5. <br /><br />The newspaper today had an article that this has been one of the 10 coldest Winter seasons in the past 100 years.<br /><br />On a brighter note we have not had any snow in a week....of course I still have 18" on the ground and piles 5' high.<br /><br />Gee, I can't wait till it warms up in August for our one week of Summer!<br /><br />Bob

Jimmy Bo Bob, SS Mayfloat, and gonfishn, it's still doing some raining here and some sleeting at times and now they ar calling for 3 to 6 inches of snow by in the morning. <br />No school tomorrow.

Hey Bubba....<br />There sayin' maybe 10 inches of the white stuff around the farm. Can't even get out and get the snow blower I've been wanten. Drove home this morning and it's like an ice rink. Just when ya think it's gettin' better and ya might be able ta take the cover offn' the boat, Mom Nature throws a curve. What was that???? Uh-Huh. Yea. OK. The voices say that it's not to worry. It won't last to long and spring will come sooner or later. They also said Lem is just fine and ta' let yall know he said hey. It was 18 degrees at the plant at 4am with a wind chill of 1 degree. Dang on it, it looked like we was going to miss this mess in Mansfield. It is snowing again. Why? Why? Why? Must be that snow from California.<br /><br />I really don't mind it that much, it is that I don't like paying so much for a car and then driving it in one of the most corrosive conditions there is. Now they are experimenting with a solution that they spray on the road that is sticky that stays on the road. Thus you drive on it and then it sticks to your car. It is weird because all the plumbing for the stuff is in plastic because it is so bad on eating metal. <br /><br />Time to go bring in some wood to burn. Trying to keep from buying the fuel oil. I like buring wood better than oil, it seems to heat the house better. Wife doesn't like it because it seems to creat more dust for her to clean up. Told her that it is just a couple of more months.<br /><br />Uh Oh, someone just lost control on the curve in front of the house and looks like they slid into my 20' Stingray! Dang it, I hope it isn't going to be one of those days..... Gotta go check it out be back later........>SS

Just checked the Weather Channel site. Bad news just got a bunch worser if that's possible. SS, you and me got to go to Spinners house and drag his butt up here so's he kin enjoy all this with us. The forcast just got upgraded. Now it's 10 to 14 inches from the Pa. border west past Zanesville by Monday afternoon. This just ain't right.

Boy ole Boy! I'm glad I read that Redneck letter, otherwise I would wonder whats wrong with you guys. I sorta get offended when people talk about my kin that way. You don't know how hard it is to live a so called normal life after leaving the hills. People making fun of you and stuff. You should leave that stuff in the Redneck letter area, at least I wasn't offended because it was there! <br /><br />Well, the boat is fine, and the trailer is a little banged up. But nothing serious. But the teenage girl was shook up but okay physically. They had to tow the Cavalier away. With the wheels of the trailer being sunk down in the dirt and with it frozen into the ground, needless to say it is still frozen in. She didn't even break it loose, but it did some serious damage to her car.<br /><br />When the roads are bad, my teen stays home! Parents that let theirs drive in this stuff can't be quiet right. It takes experience dealing with snow and ice to to prevent yourself from getting into accidents. On ice the ole law of for every action there is a reaction becomes a reality.<br /><br />I'm just tired of seeing white, brown and gray outside. .....SS

Least no one was hurt. I darn near lost it coming home this morning from work...again. The plant is just 5 miles up the road but it sure seemed further than that this morning. 18 degrees with a wind chill of 3 degrees. Even my cat Digbe is bummed out. On the upside, I don't have to go back out to work tonight. Just gonna sit home and hybernate with a Bud Long Neck.
