Good thing, because lobster don't have nearly the flavor of a crawfish.

You know, I've been livin' in New Orleans for about 17 year, know the requiste 3 Boudreaux jokes, and qualify as an honorary Coonass, but .... crawfish have more flavor than a lobster? I don't know where you've been eating lobster, but if the ones you've had have no more flavor than a crawfish tail, you've been eating lousy lobster! Go to a fish market anywhere on the coast in New England, where the lobster you buy was probably swimming in the Atlantic the day before, if not that morning, and you see what I mean.

hot dogs
mushrooms

anything that will absorb the delicious liquid

i don't usually add habanero's but someone brought em:

in-between batches, mostly heads here:

i can't wait to get some!

You just wrecked my day. Daggone that looks good!

I have a pot of turkey soup cooking on stove that was frozen leftovers from thanksgiving... Man I wish it was jambalaya with some crawdads!

50 crawdads per person, now that's a meal. Cooked Cajun or boiled like lobster. Heated by cayenne pepper or dipped in butter. No matter what you call them, their good eats.

They's good eatin', plus they make good bait for bass. All around, crawdads are a good thing.

Using crawdad for freshwater fishing is like using squid for saltwater fishing. On the boat they're bait, at home they're dinner.

Crawfish, taters, corn on the cobb and a 6 pack of Dixie if you're lucky enough to find some.

Zapp's Crawtaters and Dixie will do in a pinch.
