Crankshaft Feels Loose (video)

I have a 110hp Evinrude V4 that is making a rattling/knocking noise at all RPM ranges. When shaking the flywheel back and forth I hear a sound as if something in there is loose, and it sounds like it does when it runs. Is this play/shake noise in the flywheel normal or should there be no noise at all when shaking the flywheel?

Can anyone tell if this is normal? Would like to find out what the noise is so I can start fixing the problem.
