Hi guys,
New to this,.
I got a Volvo penta 7.4Gi.
Had a mixing of oil and seawater. Removed the mixture, washed the engine with kerosene, emptied it, filled it with fresh oil, cranked it for 5-7 seconds, emptied it again. Until the manifolds and risers were swapped with new one's took like 7 days. Filled it up with fresh oil and new filter, the engine sims to be seized, is there any way I can crank it by hand, if yes , where and how?
Thank you

Was there water in the cylinders? If so I would spray WD-40 into the cylinders and let it soak a bit and try to start it with the starter.

Remove the plugs and try again, then find out where and how you got water in the oil.
