Cracked Transom

Help guys I just noticed these two cracks on the top rail of my transom and read some stories how it needs to be replaced and since it's an old boat it's not worth it. 79 glastron with a 70 hp I'm trying to load pics but it's not letting me right now

if your pics are bigger than 400k, they wont load. you are most likely taking the pics with your cell phone with a file size of about 6 meg. if so, re-size them to about 20% their normal size

Well the bad news is your transom has failed. I wouldn't run it anymore like that. It is repairable though. Lots of transom replacement threads on here to guide you.
