Hi folks, just like the title says, what's the called for number when setting time statically? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also, how do I bypass the interlock switch so I can crank while in gear?
Wow! I hate to bump my own thread, but I honestly have never seen a forum with such activity! I'm on page three in one day! I am a Force/Chrysler guy....pause for the boos, but recently aquired this 60hp Johnson and don't have the manual yet. SOooooo... just hoping someone might lend me a hand with what the timing should be set at.
when i rebuild a motor i just set it by eye between 3& 5 degrees before top dead center with out a timing light ,if you wanna know how i do it just ask , then i will explain ,
