Was wondering what the correct spark plug gap on a Mercruiser 4.3LXGENII is? Thanks

What year is the engine, even better (in case of a model change) what is the Mercruiser SN of your engine

.045 is the gap. If you look on the plastic carb cover it should also tell you the type plug and the gap, and other tuneup data.
You should also have an oem Service manual.
