Never done one on the egg or a rotisserie so ifyall have any tips....
Well if no pics it didn't happen....I've been using the Chef John method for cooking prime rib in the oven. It comes out perfect every time. I've tried it in the smoker, and it just never seems to have the right texture. Just made it for Christmas, and it was deelish.
I also used Spiceology brand prime rib seasoning this year. It made an excellent crust and was quite possibly my best roast to date. Sorry...no pics.
