If i was an instant skeptical, and 'air fry' is. Complete bs because it is a glorified con section baker, convince me why it is worth having an extra small appliance.

I actually have an air fryer. I don't use it often but it took the place of my counter top toaster oven. Reheat nuggets, french fries, wings etc. It is perfect. I've cooked a couple things in it but it is kind of a niche appliance. My convection oven still gets the most use and if not that I break out the real fryer...

Ok cool that's about what I thought. We use and easy bake aka toaster oven.

I’m always up for food recipe. I’d love to have it.
Not anything too special just basic with dukes or blue plate, finely diced radish and yellow onion and celery. If you like cilantro add as well. For sure a finely diced poblano, jalepeno or Serrano, salt pepper etc. Key is to make night before to make sure it gets happy. I also keep MRE size Tabasco on my Keychain at all times. Pair with Kentucky bourbon beer in a deep cove and most all of the universe feels at peace.

The other night I took some frozen dinner roll dough and made mini bacon cheeseburgers. One open faced but I like the wholly wrapped ones better. Even put the pickle inside.

Picked up a 1909 cast iron waffle iron, dialing that process in. Been interesting to learn how to cook something as purportedly simple as a damn waffle. Some freinds home made orange marmalade.
