constant buzzer on a 1991 75hp merc

the buzzer starts as soon as the key is turned on started soon i used it the other morning no problems before. i disconnected the brown/lt blu wire i think
thats the temp unit wire the buzzer still on. then disconnected the brown one going to the little black box uner the starter the buzzer stopped.
what do i do now ? and whats the wire for? can i run the motor its getting oil
and peeing great just the buzzer

low oil warning is tan wire and tan/lt. blu is temp warning - tell me your not stil useing the autoblend or does this one have the oil tank on the motor . if it is lose the autoblend and mix the gas yourself - i've been the bearer of bad news to more than 1 person who came in with a seixed engine because ironically the low oil warning failed before the autoblend quit pumping oil .

phew , your temp sensor is grounding out ( faulty ) .
