1978 75hp pretty sure I'm getting water in cylinders.
Below are pics of the plugs.
Could a head gasket or exhaust manifold gaskets be the issue? Engine has 120 psi on all cylinders.

Here are the plugs that came in the outboard before I changed them.

My phone is not good enough to read those plugs for you. They would appear steam cleaned...

what symptoms have shown up in engine performance ?

if a head gasket leaks water it would allow air to pass OUT during the compression test and drop the numbers on one or two no ?

may better to look on the exhaust side for water spray

Starts and idles fine. I've got 7/16 gap on all cylinders. Carbs are clean. Fuel is new, with 100% gas. Outboard bogs when going from idle to WOT. Under load it will not climb past about 3000 rpm.

3 cylinder OMC I would look at the exhaust Cover. They are good for leaking water there.

if defective..yes if exhaust parts are corroded no.... new parts will be needed and you will need a new gasket anyway .

I'll pull it off after I study up on it a bit. Would it be a good idea to spray PB blaster into the cylinders to prevent rust and corrosion?

If the spark plug looks dark brownish rusted there's a small water droplets intrusion somewhere around the head or exhaust cover gaskets, retorque them to factory specs if suspicious having such issue. If same after retorque order new mentioned gaskets...

Well didn't have to remove power head, was able to slide bottom plate down.

I definitely had water in each cylinder. Would greatly appreciate any advice on torque spec and cleaning up the plates.
