Cold natured dt85

can someone tell me why my dt85 is so cold natured and what i could do to fix it or help it out.

pain in the butt to get it going.it starts fine just won't take off untill it's very warm.

We need a lot more info, there are no Cristal balls that we can look into.
When did it last run great?
how old is it? How old is the fuel?
what have you done to it so far since you owned it?
