Can anyone tell me what this is? My Internet search is coming up blank can't even find code list. 5.7 gxi

Looks like it's Bank 1 Sensor 1/ Bank 1 and same as DTC 0134

That's the only post I found in my search. I question it because it's not a VP and it has a cat. Am I wrong?

Yes, that motor has Cat's
The code numbers are for the most part standard based on engine type, based on my research. Example automotive code XXXX is the same across the auto industry.

You have a GXI but didn't say anything after that. Have a VP manual listing codes for a GXI-F and it doesn't have that code, but the F also didn't use Cat's

Thanks Alldodge just ordered a new sensor. Any idea which side is bank 1? Thanks again.

Bank 1 is odd numbers (1,3,5,etc) so it's port side where cylinder 1 is

Something you could try, is swap sensors and see if fault moves to other side
