coast gaurd rating plate

good day, I have a 76 starcraft 18 ft.....closed bow with full windshield.........
Would anyone know where I can find the coast guard capacity rating plate .........I've looked but don't see it anywhere.......hidden?

At least on my dad's American 15, it's directly above the throttle controls - perfectly visible as you sit in the seat.

Thansk Todd, I found it. "Under" the throttle controls..Gotta take em off to see it...
