Then clean the wire brush with brake cleaner or whatever solvent you have handy!Use a wire brush to remove compacted sand and grease.
Flush with WD, wipe down then apply a water proof grease to the shaft
Thank you. I didn’t know if the bravo 3 shaft was different.The Purple Stuff cleaner is a very good degreaser. Also, paint thinner will work well. Pretty much any solvent you have laying around should work.
The good news is that the prop shaft is not fragile, so you can use most anything plus a wire brush (if necessary) to get her clean.
