finally received the reimbursement from them. if is had not been for the diagrams, that Knot Waiting sent me. i would still be fighting. they do not settle their problems, they pass them on to a 3rd party.

I received a letter back on my complaint from the NY Attorney Generals office that Circuit City declined to pay me for not honoring their price match policy.

When you are going bankrupt, it's easy to just decline to pay!

Attorney Generals office is useless for consumer related issues.

First Elliot Spitzer (former NY Gov) gets caught paying $4,000 and hour for a hooker and resigns. Then the next guy Patterson takes over and then we find out several weeks later he was having affairs and shacking up at hotels and putting the tab on the NY taxpayers!

Do we throw him out of office, Nope . . . He's still there.

These guys are just too busy looking for sex and have no time to do their jobs for the consumer.
