97 gulfstream primer bulb loses pressure have to squeze for about 3-5 minutes to get bulb hard is there a check valve in tank or bulb that could cause pressure to back flow. Thanks

There is a check valve where the fuel line goes into the tank. It?s a very common problem for them to stick closed and create the problem you?re experiencing.
