Chapparal 206 cushion removal

2010 Chapparal 206 ssi
I am prepping to reupholster entire boat and am in need of removing the front cushions mounted to the gunnel. Any idea how to access the bottom fasteners? I can’t get my hand far enough in there. There has to be a way right? Pic posted.

Some cushions are not screwed in from behind, but are mounted with 'Z' brackets and hold-down straps.

If you can see a metal plate/strap right below the cushion, then it is a fair bet that the cushion is held on that way.

Sending them to a shop. I was able to get them removed. Took some special tools to reach all the fasteners but I got it done.
