Ceramic Coating of Fiberglass (hull & topside)

CERAMIC COATINGS:
1.) Are they beneficial to apply to fiberglass / gel coat hull/surfaces and
2.) Will they help with preventing oxidation

Maybe - if applied to new gel coat (Have not been impressed with ceramic coatings of marine things) Have had a bunch of cerakote parts tested in salt water.

No (not based on my personal experience)

i personally think acrylic wax for gelcoat is way to go it will become the sacrificial part of the wax and keep gelcoat from powdering up from uv or ozone both attack gelcoat and paint thats not protected .
