Caulk/Sealant

What caulk/sealant is recommended for OB mounting bolts.
Installing new-to me engines luckily I am able to use existing mounting holes and even maybe the existing hardware.
So what type of sealant should I use?

3m 4200 is removable
3m 5200 is PERMANENT!
i would go with 4200
Could also use loctite brand but dont remember the number but it is also for above/below waterline

I used Silkaflex 291 on a trim tab install. Work well as far as I can tell. Would use again.​
