Installing my deck and seat boards and I'm trying to decide on weather to put carpet on them or put a roll on type bed liner, or even an epoxy type paint w/ traction sand in it.

I'm trying to stick to a budget here, but I'm also trying to get the best performance for my buck.

Thanks, you guys have been extremely helpful with my project

Carpet. Cheap and easy.

Some sort of paint would be nice, but it would cost a lot more, and the prep work to make it look good and stick well would take a LOT of work.

I have learned in my short time here Carpet does not belong in a boat . I would either do an epoxy with traction addative or marine vinyl like Northbeach did .

I did carpet. I did a nice job on it, it looked great. Now I hate it. It's always filthy and a pain to clean. I won't do carpet again. If you do, make sure you go with a color that doesn't show dirt (brown, light gray etc) I went with navy and it's a nightmare.
