My 17,5 ft Tracker´s deck carpetting definitely needs to be cleaned. <br /><br />Should I pressure-hose it?<br />Use home carpet cleaner?<br />...<br />Also, which material lays under the carpetting?<br /><br />Thank you<br />HB
I used "Wesley's Bleach White" on my Skeeter. Wesley's is used to clean white wall tires. Can find at any auto parts store or Wally World. Applied on damp carpet, scrubbed with a stiff brush and then hosed the carpet down. Carpet looked great.<br />There's probably nothing underneath your carpet except glue and the flooring.<br />PS Make sure your drain plug is out
i wash mine at the car wash works great.i spray carpet foam on heavy soiled areas.fishing boats need something besides carpet.just gets to dirty ive washed mine about 4 times already.good luck.i dont think theres any underlay.other than a rubber backing for the glue.
