Going to pick this gem up in a day or two from 3 hours away. Anyone up on probable tire size? or know make of trailer? Owner is hours away and doesn't know. Would like to take a spare or two.

Why don't you ask the owner to look on the side of the tire and get the size? Will be marked on the side.

I would have, but as I mentioned in my post above the owner is miles away and can’t. The boat and trailer are in a remote location. Thanks anyways.

Sorry, thought you meant owner was miles away from you, not the boat.

Year and make of the boat? Assuming that is the trailer that came with the boat, maybe look up the specs.

Even a bigger point...what is the lug spacing, a spare won't help if the wheel doesn't fit....

That boat looks like it's been sitting for years, you will be lucky to get it out of the field on the current tires. I would pull the wheels, grease bearings, get new tires and maybe rent a motel room for the night before trying to move it..

JUST MY OPINION. If it were me and i had the money, i would find local ( to the boat ) and set up some kind of appointment, drag that boat out, take it to the nearest tire dealer and put all new tires on that trailer. This comes from a fellow boater who eats pot pies.

And don't forget bearings and brakes.

What u guys see is what I know. Owner knows nothing about it, been sitting in their yard since before the bought the place. Insurance issues towing so I’m renting a tilt trailer to haul it home, main concern now is get it on the trailer without outdrive getting hung up. Never done it but expecting to back it on the trailer with m pickup. Once home can do the usual trailer refurbish, tires, rims depending on condition, bearings, lube, lights, surge brakes to dig into, rollers?, new boards. Lol. But it’s free so hopefully will have a pretty good trailer when I’m done.

I think you are going to have a hard time getting on a car trailer.. and is going to be heavy

Reinell I’m guessing and 20’
Was thinking if it was small enough might find a trailer to put it on. I did that bringing a 17 footer home. Being a 20 to 21 footer, finding a trailer that would hold it a trailer would be more difficult

If you've got a buddy with a wrecker, they have heavy duty dolly wheels on their wreckers that you can jack up each side of the trailer and place the bad wheels/tires on them and then strap them down for towing. You might be able to rent them from somewhere.
