How can I find the name of my carburetor on my C 1 G 6 viking 3 HP ser #0002619 also is there a choke on it.

I think its 1948 - 1949 Eaton's Viking

your viking is a Gale (OMC) and many parts come from the Johnson/Evinrude parts bin.

Carburetor was designed and made by Gale / OMC. Mixture is enriched for starting by holding the float pin down so it slops some extra gas into the venturi. It doesn't get much simpler.
