Carburetor stud spins when trying to tighten 97 15

Hello all.. After cleaning I tried to reinstall my carburetor and one of the studs spins . Any in sight?

Tap to the next size?
Is the original metric or ASE?
You might need to change from ASE to metric, Just a tiny bit bigger?

If there are threads left you can try cleaning the hole of any oil etc (I mean really clean) and use Loctite Quick Metal to reform the threads and "glue" the threads back in place.
Also you can install a Helicoil if that does not work for you.
