just took carbs apart for the fifth time i have set the floats at 11/16 then at 3/4 even tried 7/8. when i pump the ball gas just keeps coming out. floats are new. i replaced everything in carbs but the black lever that pushes on the needle valve. The lever has some rust on it and i am starting to think that it is making the lever weak in the rust spots and just bending under pressure instead of closing the valve. Could this be the case? it is the bottom carb of two and the number is wm13. 1987 50hp merc
