Gonna tackle my first ever carb cleaning this weekend I reckon. I am going to see if cleaning will help it first before I rebuild it because I have heard bad things about the kits with the rubber tipped needles? Can you find any with the factory needles on them? Gonna keep this thread going as I may have lots of questions with pictures over the weekend. The motor is a '72 50 HP Johnson
