Cant view bow rail bolts , how too tighten ?

Cant see, view or touch bow rail bolts ,
Need too tighten ,
Boat is a walk around , cuddy cabin 1984 vintage
During the boat building process , is top layer connected too lower portion of boat held in palce under rub rail ?
I cant see any other way too get too bolts, Dont want too cut any wholes

yes, the cap is attached to the hull at the rub rail. the rub rail hides the screws.

post a pic. many bow rails are bolted thru the cap top and there should be nuts inside the cuddy or anchor locker

also, many caps in the 80's used balsa as a core. you could have rot

Well it's too new to be The Ark. What boat is it? Scott's right about most boats, but some are different.

Usually involves disassembly of parts of the interior. If they are loose, they are best removed, cleaned up and inspect the deck for rot, if no rot, re-bed with 4200.

LOL I cut the right wrench in half. Attached it to a peice of aluminum stock. Reached in from the bow seat storage. Got to get creative.
