i dont know what im missing only thing left on it is threw hub ehast cover and gimble bearing

The 460 King Cobra is an unsupported drive/ motor combo, as far as New parts go,....

I'm not trying to find new parts, I have parts for it. I am trying to separate the two transom plates to get it off because it is cracked in three spots; the plate from the outside of the stern, from the one inside the boat that would sit behind the engine. Everything has been removed from the boat, the engine, the outdrive the steering, all that I have left is the transom plates. I have added a picture so you can see what I am talking about. I am wondering if there is something that I am missing to get this off.

Ayuh,.... Must be it was glued on, probably with 5200....

I see 4 studs stickin' through the inner plate,...
Well placed hammer blows oughta break things free to come apart...

i threaded the nuts on the end took a ten pound sledge and nothin mushromed the bolts the top is kinda louse

here it is folks......:mad:i fliped out and shatterd the hole f in gimble housing with 30lb sledge and guess what the dam houseing is still intact to the inside plate some dum *** must of jb welded the housing to gether where the housings slide in togeather........who ever u r that did that thanks dum *** for wrecking my 4 of july......................thanks for trying to help bondo i appreciate it!
