Cant get inner hull out of Chaparral center console boat

I have a 1991 Chaparral 190 center console with a rotten transom and rotten floor. I have removed the rubber stripping around the perimeter of the boat, drilled out all rivets, used razor knife to cut silicone, used putty knife to split top half from bottom half, removed all drain hoses, and removed entire center console. Just to check our progress we tried to lift on the front to see if it was loose. No luck. The edges are loose and I know there are no rivets still in place. Could there be spots in the floor where it is glued to the stringers? I cannot see any, but that's where it seems to be hanging up. Any help that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to iboats.

Yup it may have had wet resin slapped in spots to hold thing together. With every restoration ........ everyone is on their own.

Most people have used constant pressure and mallets to break those seals.

A come-along overhead ratchet with cable, you have to fish it under the deck and out either side at the gunnels. That and wonderbar's.
Heres a pictorial, he ended up cutting the deck into 2 parts to get it out.
He didn't re-use the liner anyway.

With patience you can get it out in one peice.
I took my deck out, just start with wonderbar and insert 2x4's as it starts to peel off.

Thanks for the quick response. I will try these suggestions as soon as I get some time and it quits raining down here in FL! I will update the progress.
