Cant find tractor launch

Anybody remember where the tractor launching the boat in the surf is?
I tried "search", but did not see it.
It wasnt really that long ago.

We sorta posted about the same time Oops, lol, the whole thing is....I seen this thread and I knew where the other thread was located so when you posted about going to find it.......I was already back to this thread with the info for rocky100 .

I said to myself "well shoot there is no way to track Oops down to tell him I got it taken care of" .
